Sound Baths explained

A sound bath is a guided meditation accompanied by the live resonance of Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, Koshi chimes, and ocean drums. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and follow the sounds. There is nothing to achieve and no previous meditation experience is required.

As the sound unfolds, it gives your attention something to focus on, making it easier to step away from the constant stream of thoughts.

Many people describe the experience as the space just before sleep, where the body deeply relaxes while the mind remains quietly aware.

the meaning of kokū

Kokū is about seeing the empty space as boundless possibility, not absence.

In a world that constantly competes for our attention, having empty space is essential - space to slow down, notice and reconnect with ourselves.

When we create space, we invite clarity, presence and a more intentional way of living.
