Refund policy

Meditation card decks

You have 14 days from the day your deck arrives to change your mind and return it for a refund, for any reason. If it has been used or damaged by you, we may reduce your refund to reflect the reduction in value.

Beyond that window, and as a goodwill gesture, we accept returns of unused decks in their original packaging for up to 30 days from delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the deck, we will refund you.

Damaged or faulty decks will be replaced or refunded in full, and we will cover the shipping. Email us a photo and we will sort it out.

Please include your order number in the parcel, and use a tracked service where you can, as we can only refund returns that reach us.

Bundles

Session bundles are valid for six months from the date of purchase. Sessions forfeited under the cancellation terms below count towards your bundle total.

You can cancel a bundle within 14 days of purchase. If you have not taken any sessions, we will refund you in full. If you have taken one or more, we will refund the sessions you have not yet used. After the 14 days, sessions you have taken are non-refundable and any remaining sessions stay valid for the six-month period.

Sessions

If you need to reschedule, let us know 24 hours or more before your session and we will move it to another time at no cost. You can reschedule as often as you need within your package validity period.

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time, or missed without notice, are counted as used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
