Book one session and everyone joins from home. You pay for the session rather than per person, so the price is the same whether four people come or forty.

Everyone lying down in their own space is the part people are surprised by. It's usually the difference between properly settling and staying half alert the whole way through because you're in a room full of other people. Nobody travels, and nobody has to be anywhere afterwards.

What everyone will hear

Tibetan singing bowls, gong, koshi chimes, ocean drum, kenari shakers and wind chimes, played live rather than from a recording, so no two sessions sound the same. We play through a microphone chosen to carry low frequencies properly, because most of what makes a sound bath work sits at the bottom of the range.

How the hour goes

A few minutes of breathing so everyone can settle. Then the low tones of the bowls and gong, the ones you feel more than hear, opening out into the chimes and drum before coming back down. The last few minutes are silent, rather than sending everyone straight back into the day.
