Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

When your order ships
The Founding Edition is a pre-order. Your card is charged when you place the order, and the deck ships in October 2026. Once it's dispatched you'll receive an email with tracking.

If anything delays that date, we'll email you before it happens and tell you where things stand. You can cancel any time before your order ships and we'll refund you in full.

Duties and import taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are set by the customs authority in your country rather than by us, they're payable by you when the parcel is delivered, and we're not able to estimate the amount in advance.

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive
Email hello@kokustudio.co within 30 days of delivery, or within 30 days of the expected delivery date if nothing has turned up, and we'll put it right.
