The deck holds fifty-four meditation cards and a pocket guidebook. Every card carries an original sumi-e painting, made by hand, paired with a reflection, a guided visualisation and a mantra. The sound bath is one hour, online and one to one. You lie down and listen, and that is all there is to it.
