Three private sessions, spaced however you like over six months, plus the deck to use in between. A single session leaves most people rested for a day or two. Booking three is what turns it into something you keep coming back to.

Because it's the same practitioner each time, we pick up where the last session left off instead of starting from scratch.

What each session is

Sixty minutes, one to one, live over video. We start with a short conversation about how you're arriving, then Tibetan singing bowls, gong, koshi chimes, ocean drum, kenari shakers and wind chimes, played live and layered so no two sessions sound the same. Each one ends with a few minutes of silence.

The deck

Fifty-four hand-painted cards and a companion guidebook, made for the days between sessions. Each card pairs a painting with a reflection and a mantra, so a few minutes with one is a complete practice on its own.
